The seventh volume of Nick Spencer's run on Amazing Spider-Man is, unfortunately, a forgettable affair. The Spider-Man of 2099 has run into Peter Parker more times than I can count, and while this one has the fate of the world on the line, the stakes really don't feel that they're there. A disappointing arc indeed. (Posted on 19/02/2021)
