An excellent story, just wish it was a bit longer Review by Ryan
Having never read the original 1980s stories featuring the Sin Eater, it was nice of Marvel to print the Amazing Spider-Man: Sins Rising standalone issue to help flesh out the life and death (and after-death) of Stan Carter. The subsequent Sins Rising issues of the Amazing Spider-Man are excellent, and explore interesting themes and dilemmas. Unfortunately, just as the story really starts to get going, it ends. While the next volume will address this, it is somewhat anticlimactic. (Posted on 19/02/2021)
