Essential for any MCU fan Review by Ryan

One of the first comics I picked up after seeing Thanos at the end of 2012's Avengers film, and was not disappointed in the slightest. The actions scenes and the power the Mad Titan wields differentiates itself from much of what Marvel was doing at the time. The ensemble cast, featuring the Avengers, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, Adam Warlock, Silver Surfer, Hulk and others create a sense of urgency in their mission to undo Thanos' actions. While the villain isn't as three dimensional as he is in the movies, and has become slightly two dimensional since his appearances in the Silver Surfer build-up issues, he's still written very well, owing to the skills of Jim Startlin.
