An anticlimactic end to an interesting story Review by Ryan

As I stated in my review for the ninth volume, Sins Rising is a really interesting storyline. Kindred's resurrection of the Sin Eater only made things more intriguing, and the moral dilemmas that Spidey has faced have been written very well, so credit to Nick Spencer. However, I really wish this story went on a little bit longer. Just as it was getting really good, the whole things ends! Yes, we get to see Peter team up with the Green Goblin to take on Sin Eater, but I'm not the biggest Goblin fan (I think he's way too overused) and the fighting is over way too quickly for my likings.
While the next volume's story, Last Remains, looks to be a direct continuation of Sins Rising, its somewhat disappointing to see such an excellent premise go to waste. (Posted on 19/02/2021)
