Who are you? We are collectors ourselves who saw a need for a good online comic shop that really cares about comics and the people who collect them. We hope our passion for comics comes across on the website and to give a service that we always wanted ourselves.
How long have you been trading? We are in our eighth year of trading.
How do you grade your comics? All comics are brand new unless otherwise stated. They are also inserted into Ultra Pro bags and boards as standard.
Which methods of payment do you accept? Credit Cards – Mastercard, Visa Debit Cards - Switch, Solo, Maestro, Electron, Visa Delta, Paypal, Google Checkout, Cheques, (your comics won't be sent until your cheque clears) Postal Orders and Money Orders.
How much is postage? Royal Mail 1st comic £1.60 + 0.30p per extra comic, (U.K Only) allow 2 – 3 Days for Delivery. NOTE: On larger orders a Courier Service will be used which offers a next day delivery service. EUROPE - Please see postage chart. INTERNATIONAL – Please see postage chart.
Why Does my credit card not work? We have just implemented a new payment gateway system that checks your CVV number (last 3 digit numbers situated on the back of your signature strip) and your registered address. If these are not entered correctly your card will be declined. Please ensure you have your card with you and enter all details correctly.

Are my details safe with Reed Comics? Yes. We only hold name, address and telephone details about our customers which is protected using a secure server hosting company and 256bit SSL encryption to verify that each page you visit is from us. NO credit/debit card details are stored anywhere online by us as every payment is processed at the event of purchase by SagePay; a payment gateway company owned by Sage and is then immediately discarded on completion.
Are my comics insured against loss or damage? Yes!
What happens if my order is lost or damaged? Missing items will be replaced and anything that reaches you in a damaged condition will be replaced upon return of goods.
What is your refund policy? If you don't receive your goods within 14 days or 28 days overseas, we will give you the option of a full refund or if you wish we will try sending your order again. For up to three days after you place your order, you can cancel it. If we've already processed the order you will have to return the comics then we'll give you a full refund of the comic books only.
